BOOKINGS
 
All treatments require a booking in advance, walk-ins will not be accepted.
All bookings must be made online or via our contact number.
Patients may not bring another person for treatment without a prior booking.
A mandatory non-refundable deposit is required to be paid at the time of booking.
An email confirmation will be sent once the booking is complete.
A valid email and phone number must be provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse your booking if any contact information is inaccurate.
 
 
COSMETIC INJECTABLE TREATMENTS
 
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient if it is deemed necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment of areas that are considered high risk or are contraindicated in individual patients.
Patients must arrive on time for their appointment and we reserve the right to refuse treatment if the time slot has been missed and the booking deposit will be lost.
Patients must agree to complete our written consent forms fully and honestly.
Patients must agree to pre and post-treatment photography for their medical records. In line with GDPR regulations these images will be stored in a secure file can be released to the patient upon written request.
Patients who agree to the use of their images for social media and teaching purposes will be asked to sign a separate consent form and give full rights of their images to Natural Look Clinic Ltd.
A consultation fee of €49 applies to all new patients which is fully redeemable against a treatment if it is performed at the time of consultation. If another appointment is made for treatment at a later date, the booking deposit is non-transferable. This is to cover our costs for the time slot used.
 
COVID-19
 
Patients agree to be respectful of our staff and other patients while attending our clinic and behave appropriately and wear the necessary PPE in accordance with government guidelines at the time of attending. We reserve the right to remove any patient from our clinic who does not comply with our physical distancing protocol.
 
PRICES + PAYMENT
 
Prices for Botulinum Toxin-A are based on the anatomical areas provided and will be explained clearly prior by your injector.
Treatment areas cannot be split between patients (ie. 3 patients cannot have one area treated and only pay for three areas on one patient)
Male treatments require much higher doses of Botulinum Toxin-A and our separate male pricesreflect this accordingly.
Dermal filler treatment are priced according to the number of millilitres recommended by your injector.
Treatment reviews and top-ups can be provided to all patients between 2-4 weeks after their treatment and top-up injections of Botulinum Toxin-A are free of charge. Treatment reviews between 4-6 weeks can be arranged at the discretion of the injector.
We reserve the right to refuse top-up of Botulinum Toxin-A to patients after 4-6 weeks in line with recommended clinical guidelines.
Dermal filler treatments will not be subject to a 2 week follow up email but can be reviewed up to 4 weeks after. We do NOT provide top-up injections of dermal filler free of charge. If more dermal filler is required it will be charged according to our price list per millilitre.
 
 
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Revolute.
All receipts are paperless and will be issued by text or email on request only.
VAT is charged at a rate of 23% on all treatments.
 
FRIEND REFERRAL POLICY
 
Patients who refer a friend will be entitled to a discount of 10%on one treatment only.
Patients who have been referred by a current patient of the clinic will also receive a 10% discount only.
Referrals are not deemed valid if the referral has been made by some one who is not a current patient of the clinic.
The 10% discount will ONLY be applied after their friend has attended and received a treatment OR if their friend is also in attendance and receives a treatment on the same day.
No more than one discount can be applied to each treatment.
Friend referral discount cannot be applied to any other on-going promotion but will be kept on file and applied to another future treatment.
 
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
 
All appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be requested within 24 hours otherwise we reserve the right to retain the non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This is due to no-show bookings. Our appointment slots are limited and in high demand.
Booking deposits are redeemable against rescheduled appointments only if done within the advised timeframe (see above).
Deposits or account balances cannot be transferred to another patient.
All treatments are non-refundable, patients must sign a consent form prior to injection which outlines the common side effects and possible complications of aesthetic medical injectables.
Patient will multiple no-shows will be requested to pay in full in advance of their appointments, and will lose their payment in the case of a no-show.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking for any patient who has a record of multiple no-shows.
W e reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment if it is deemed necessary (eg. If your doctor cannot attend or if the clinic premises or medical products are unavailable).
All deposits will be honoured if the cancellation is made by the clinic for reasons out of our control.
